Biography

As a trained ophthalmologist and retina specialist, I am doing a Doctoral. in UNIFESP with the main research line about the creation of publicly available Ophthalmological datasets and developing multimodal Brazilian datasets in Ophthalmic centers. My current research project is in developing standards for dataset anonymization, labeling, and application in algorithm development. I am also interested in reducing Ophthalmological disparity access in remote Brazilian areas and optimize the Ophthalmology screening programs.
